Day 23 – Hills and Valleys

Day 18 – Why practice?

Day 18 March 31  As usual, I jogged the flats and uphills, walk the downhills 2.64  miles.  11.45 pace.  Surprised my pace was that fast.  I felt like I was really struggling today.  The struggle was real!  But I persevered through it all, thus the smile on my face in the picture to the left.
